- How we collect and utilize your information?
Log Files- Whenever you visit Pixie Finder, our servers auto-collect some information from your web browser. This includes your browser type, ISP, IP address, date or time stamp, number of clicks, etc. By collecting the same, we analyze trends, prevent scams, and track your movement to bring you exactly what you are looking for. We do not share these log files with anyone.
Cookies- By storing cookies, we keep track of your activity on Pixie Finder. Cookies also help us to keep a count on the visitors visiting our website. This also helps us to know whether you are a new or existing visitor. If you do not allow these cookies to be saved on your website, then you might not be able to access our services and some of the functions completely. Our cookies are not linked to any PII.
Web beacons- These small clear graphic images utilized together with the cookies to help Pixie Finder to personalize our site to deliver the best customer experience. Also known as clear gifs or pixel tags, web beacons are also used during email communication to know our customers’ behavior.
Your personal information- During the registration or subscription to our services, we may accumulate some of the information about you. While accessing our Singles service, we may ask you to answer our questionnaire to match you with a compatible partner. These responses to the asked questions are kept completely confidential; however, the non-PII information including your first name, height, business, etc. is used to create your profile on our website.
For the reference of the other users, we may show your marital status along with the last log-in date. Providing us your photo(s) or video(s) shows your consent of allowing Pixie Finder to show them to your matches along with the users of our services.
Mobile Analytics- For the smooth functioning of our mobile software on your mobile devices, we utilize mobile analytic software. The software may track a few details including how frequently you use Pixie Finder application, its usage, performance data, and more.
Purchase information- In order to initiate smooth purchases, we may seek some information including your name, address, email address, payment details, and mobile number. This information is only used to process your order or for other purposes that has been mentioned here. All the transactions are processed via SSL and strong encryption by a third-party.
Emails and Telephone calls- To allow you to register for our services we need your email address, which can further be used for both promotions and transactions. The promotional emails we send to you may incorporate code to enable our database to check your usage of the email. We may also track the information whether the email was opened or the contained links were clicked or not. You may choose not to receive these emails. Pixie Finder also holds complete authorization to mail you specific communications associated with our services. It will include service announcements, admin messages, and more. Demographic Data- To enhance users’ experience on our website and to display those users the relevant content they might be interested in, we may also collect the demographic data.
Referrals- Pixie Finder encourages its users to refer a friend to our Singles dating service. For this, we need your friend’s name and email address; your provided information remains secure in our database. We will send a one-time email (including your name) to that person.
Blogs and public forums- Pixie Finders has a blog section, where posts related to the dating and relationships are available for our visitors. If you comment on any of these posts, it is public for all the users; therefore, take care when you disclose any PII in this section.
Information used for research- We may also use the information provided by you to research to make successful relationships. The research is conducted by behavior research scientists and experts may be posted in the journals. Your responses along with the PII will not be published.
Disclosure of your information
To your matches- As a main part of offering our services, Pixie Finder will expose your profile data to your matches. Information such as your photos and videos will be accessible only to the matched users. Pixie Finder may also provide features and functions that may enable your matches to share your disclosed information.

Some of your provided information (except PII) may be accessible to the crawlers of the search engine, which is why it may display in the search results. These results fetch information from the My Words section of your profile; therefore, we recommended you not to include any PII or your contact info in that particular segment.
